We're the Jeffery's!

This blog has been through countless transformations. From my early college ramblings, my cancer journey, my day to day normal "after cancer" life, to my married life, pregnancy updates, and now my chronicles of my baby's life and family happenings. And I'm happy to say that this is where it will stay! So I hope you stop by (and keep stopping by) to hear what I have to say and to stay in the loop!

Here's a little about us:

I'm Kara! 

This in me in my natural element (on the floor with my baby). I am the author of this blog (unless otherwise stated), and am the Domestic Engineer (stay at home parent) in my family! I have a passion for writing and documenting my life through words and pictures. I love: decorating my small home, baking and cooking, IKEA, "The Lord of the Rings" Pandora station, the Gospel, pillows of any kind, babies (especially mine), fresh fruit, peanut butter, owning series of things (we own every book and movie for: Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings and The Hobbit, and Chronicles of Narnia), collecting elephants (there's at least one in every room of our home), journals, organizing, the beach (especially Kauai), sun-dried hair, middle-of-nowhere-stars, temples, naps, and my forever family.

This is Taylor:

And this is Taylor in his natural element: being the best dad and baby wrangler there is. Taylor is working for a start up company called DemoChimp in software sales. It is the perfect job for him and he loves going to work every day, which is so great! He loves: (all) food, riding his bike, camping, hiking, snowboarding (really anything outdoorsy), running, Japanese, the Gospel, wrestle and tickle fights with Tucker, the mountains, snow, Star Wars, Farkle, and Tucker and I.

He loves: phones, remotes or anything electronic, bananas, "crawling", climbing all over me, shiny or sparkly things, rolling over, playing in the water, smacking anything in front of him, being tickled, wrestling with his dad, having his head scratched, music, patty cake, being naked, and his parents.
